Meet our Attorneys

Hil TC O'Herlihy


Hil is a lifelong resident of Maryland. Hil graduated Cum Laude from the Delaware Law School in 1993. He started practicing Real Estate law in 1995 and made it his primary practice area in 1996, personally handling hundreds of settlements each year. He started Aegis Title Company in 1999, moving to Annapolis in 2004. He is a member of the Maryland Land Title Association and the Anne Arundel Bar Association. He volunteers at the Boys and Girls Club, and in his spare time likes to autocross his Cobra. Hil and his wife, Niki, have two children and live in Annapolis.

Jeffrey Trueman


Jeffrey has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1998. Jeff worked his way through law school and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore. Based in Baltimore City, Jeff travels throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia to conduct closings. He is very good with first-time buyers who need to understand the various parties and elements that comprise a transfer or refinance. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association's Real Property and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections. Jeff is also an accredited civil mediator with the Maryland Association of Realtors and the District and Circuit courts of Maryland.

Jennifer Shuck Baldwin


Jennifer has been a resident of Maryland for more than thirty years and graduated from St. Thomas School of Law in Miami, Florida in 1993. Since 1996, Jenn has been traveling throughout Maryland and conducting settlements during and after regular business hours. She is a member of the Maryland and Florida State Bar Associations, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, and the Paca Brent Inns of Court. She is a trained mediator in both Civil-Domestic and Civil-Non-Domestic law. She enjoys coaching and refereeing Women’s Lacrosse in her spare time. Jenn and her husband, Bill, have three children and live in Annapolis.
